This day-long retreat will be held in the luscious rolling hills of the Willamette Valley, at a beautiful B&B tucked away on a quiet road and surrounded by some of Oregon’s oldest vineyards. Sosta, meaning, “a little rest” offers a tranquil place for travelers to relax and unwind. A family-owned and operated business, the Sosta House feels like your home away from home. The Sosta House has a range of offerings, including the barrel sauna + cold plunge, a private oasis on a raised platform surrounded by an airy wall made of reclaimed barrel staves.
